Firearm Permits
The Police Department has streamlined the firearms licensing process in this continued time of pandemic.
To apply for a new license or to renew your current firearms permit:
1) Complete,print and sign an application that can be found at: https://www.mass.gov/how-to/apply-for-a-firearms-license
2) Mail the application and affidavit to The Police Department 48 Stage Rd. Westhampton,MA 01027
3) Include a check for $100 made out to the Town of Westhampton and for new applicants include your firearms safety certificate.
4) Once received, an officer from the office will be in touch to complete the process with you.
