Town Hall Open to Board & Committee Meetings

Limited Public Hours For Town Clerk and Administrative Assistant

The Westhampton Board of Health and Selectboard are working jointly to slowly reopen public buildings.

Effective June 3, 2020 the Town Hall is open to Board & Committee meetings in person.  Many meetings will continue to be held by video or phone conference so the public is advised to acknowledge form of access as posted on agendas.  Boards and Committees that do meet in person may meet only in the meeting hall of the Town Hall or at an outside location clearly stated on the agenda.  Board and Committee members will be required to wear a facial covering indoors. The public is allowed to come in person to the meetings and will be required to wear facial covering and remain seated in designated chair locations spaced for distancing with a capacity limitation of 20 for indoor meetings per guidelines of the Westhampton Board of Health.    For outdoor meetings facial coverings are not required when a minimum of 6 feet distancing is possible.

The offices of the Town Hall are also open by appointment or during the following hours:
Town Clerk-Tuesdays 3pm-6-pm
Administrative Assistant-Wednesdays 10am-noon

All visitors and officials are required to wear a facial covering during visits.

The Town Hall Annex remains closed to the public at this time.
