Question 1 failed to pass at the Special Town Election held October 27.

On October 27, 2018 voters will be asked to approve a Proposition 2 1/2 Debt Exclusion ballot question to pay for the bond authorized at the Special Town Meeting held September 11 for the construction of a new Public Safety Complex.
Election Warrant

REVIEW:
On September 11, after 2 hours of discussion, 182 voters narrowly voted by 2/3 majority to approve funding for the construction of a new Public Safety Complex in the amount of 4.4 million dollars.  The approval is the first of two required to authorize the project and proceed.  Voters will next be asked to approve a Proposition 2 1/2 ballot question to exclude the funds from the levy limit.  The Selectboard meet September 17 and will chose an election date for some time in late October to early November.
