Grown in Westhampton: Weekend Workshop

Event Date:
Saturday, March 11, 2017 - 10:00am

Calling all Farmers and Gardeners, novice and professional alike! Ever felt sore, stiff and out of alignment after you’ve tended your gardens and fields?

Join Grown in Westhampton for a special Saturday workshop where we will learn about and participate in certain yoga poses that can be practiced to rejuvenate areas of the body that pain us after tending, weeding, mulching, hoeing and digging. We will also learn about the advantages of stretching, strengthening and the overall benefits of yoga.

Sara Coblyn, a certified yoga instructor who also has worked professionally in agriculture and owns her own business Sweet Roots Gardens in South Deerfield, will lead the workshop. For more information on Sara Coblyn visitwww.sweetrootsgardens.com
